My Artwork

So, as I am an artist as well as Art Specialist, I wanted to share some work I have been doing since living in Bangladesh. It is definitely hard to be creative after working all day with little people, but I do the best I can, and usually try and get a bunch done on weekends. I make exemplars in class for different projects and units, but some of those actually lead me to more ideas. A few series' have been created/started due to these example pieces! The Kindergartner's are my favorite in terms of creativity- they really don't hold anything back- and I think that is what a lot of artists strive for in their own practice. Here are some of my latest pieces:
Acrylic on canvas, 27 x 20, 2016

"Surviving Dhaka", Lithograph, 13x10, 2015

Acrylic on canvas 14 x 18, 2016

Acrylic on canvas, 24 x 20, 2016
Colored pencil and ink on paper 12 x 16
